In the News: Residents of the Sunshine State are voting today on an amendment to the state constitution designed to lower the cost of solar energy systems. Amendment 4, the Florida Tax Exemptions for Renewable Energy Measure, extends tax breaks for residential property owners for 20 years and grants benefits to commercial and industrial property owners.
