To call cartoonist Stan Mack unique is an understatement. Kind of like calling Donald Trump a lying, egomaniacal, racist, right-wing, authoritarian clown. It doesn’t quite do him justice. Mack teaches us to see not just with our eyes but our ears. His Real Life Funnies, with real life dialogue, were a staple of the Village Voice in its heyday.
