Elon Musk brought a bevy of high-minded modern industrialists together to plot out how to secure the new Gilded Age by defeating Joe Biden and his mildly social-democratic policies.

These businessmen know better than anyone how to run the world, and where money should go (in their own pockets where it’s safer). But to continue doing it, they must crush the communists and stamp out the woke mind viruses of CRT, ESG, and DEI programs!

They don’t believe in governments — other than the cops and the military to protect their property. And the Treasury to reduce their taxes, give them the subsidies and special treatment they deserve, and to bail them out if they happen to make a few mistakes and wreck the economy.

But they can’t be expected to provide solutions that work for everyone.

When the energy demands of crypto, quantum computing, AI, and space travel, in support of the industrialists’ ambitions, start competing with the energy demands of supporting poor humans — it will be the humans who lose out.

All of the future robots and apps are going to require ever increasing amounts of power while replacing the need for workers.

Plus, imagine the energy required to move mountains of materials to Mars to terraform the planet and build a new billionaire utopia.
